Hi I’m BJ Poznecki! I started my career in home building at a young age. I worked for a few remodeling businesses as well as project manager for a real estate investment company and a nationwide home builder. After a large downsizing at the home builder I was working for, I decided it was time to take the leap of faith and open a home inspection and consulting business. How could I not, it was a perfect fit. Not only can I offer my clients all the knowledge of a licensed home inspector, I’ve done a lot of the work with my own two hands. I’ve walked thousands of houses for quality assurance, I bring years of building, remodeling, and repair knowledge to the table as well!
